ALLIED INTERSTATE IS A FEDERAL DEBT COLLCTION AGENCY
Page 2

Allied interstate is a collection agency used by the Department of Eduacation for all of the losers who can't pay their bills, allied is not against you, these loans have been in default for years!!!! YEARS!!! it's about time to pay your bill and be a grown adult and take care of your responsibilities. They helped me get out of debt, to make it possible to defer my payments once my loan was out of default. Get over it, this is nothing but a bunch of pissed off debtors who can't take care of their responsibility, give credit where credit is due....U enjoy the job that your college education gave you??? Pay it back to the Department of Education, who once gave you the oppurtunity to reach for the stars.

If you said that Allied Interstate keeps calling you and there's no such person living in your house. So doesn't that mean that could be the previous owner of your phone number owes the balance tha hasn't been paid for a long time? If you want them to stop calling, I'd suggest that you let them know that they've got the wrong number and they'll simply remove your phone number from their system. Simple as that.

And for the rest of you, you're probably just a bunch of debtors who don't wanna pay up. So, please stop the accusations. GROW UP!

Per FDCPA it has been question to even leave the Mini miranda on Answering machine and on Tp contacts due to Third party disclosure. you can even look it up.

Per FDCPA, it is required that the mini miranda be given on all right party contacts. Which also include voicemails and/or answering machines in which the Debtor has provided. End of story.

this company has called me a lair, a leach, has passed judgement on me, told me to have my elder parent pay, and said i was lazy. this was in one conversation. there have been others, only those consisted of threats against me and my parents. i called them to explain i lost my work only to have them threaten me. now they constantly call my parents even though i have told them repeatedly i would call them as soon as i had a job so i could begin payment. they dont want to hear that either. i know there are other people in the same spot. wanting to pay and cant afford to pay right now. unfortunately, the time many of us took out these loans, it was the only one availible to us. so now, we are paying and paying.

I've never had student loans. I have 1 credit card, and i've been paying on it every month, never missed one single payment and these sleaze balls are calling me.

I owe them nothing. They better abide by my Cease and Desist letter, or ill bring an attorney at them so fast they'll freak

My loan has not been in default for years. My loan keeps getting sold to other companies and I need to file for a new foreberance each time. And it is pretty arrogant to assume that people just don't want to pay our loans back, I am caring for a disabled child which prevents me from working full-time.

#1, That course you took in Stoopid 101 is really paying off now. Listen to yourself. I bet you even take people's first-born for an itty bitty chunk of folks' nether regions called a percentage. And do anything to get it.

I bet you're some fine collector, too. The old FDCPA just doesn't apply to you, does it?

Yesterday and today I had voicemails from your (loosley referred to) establishment. Neither were for me, but for some poor slob who probably got a student loan he can't pay.

I don't know this guy; and perhaps the number you're dialing was his at some point in time.

But I can tell you with certainty that if I DID know him, I'd throw a party after telling him your company (loosely referred) left a message concerning a debt and and said it's an attempt to collect a debt, and any information would be used for that purpose; thereby disclosing his debt information to a third party. Then I'd throw an even bigger one after all the information is handed over to an attorney. Mini-Mirandizing someone in a voicemail ?

Please.

You give good collectors a bad name.

I hope your (loosely referred) company goes straight to to YOUR nether regions. And you can tell your other people, too.

Your best bet is to get out before your (loosely referred) company has the chance to stick it to you.
