This company calls severl times a day despite letter that I do not owe the money as required by attorney general. Get this, Verizon has actually notified attorney general and BBB that they are adjusting and correcting bill. These people call on a no call unlisted phone number and expect me to sit on hold after I answer. When I call and demand who they are and their purpose, they play games. The second I find a remedy I will use it. In the mean time, Verizon is getting more complaints listed. They are only one reason I would have to be desperate to use Verizon in any way in the future. There are competitors out there now, and they will always get my vote....and money
