i got a call from allied interstate when i answered i got a voice prompt telling me to hold on and someone will speak to me shortly.i went on line to see to see who it was and it was allied interstate. i will not hold till someone ask me for money no matter who it is unless they identify themselves first. they would be better siuted if they were to send me a letter asking me to call them instead of telling me to hold on the phone, especially during peak phone hours. when i have to foot the bill for holding on the phone

:upset People who hold are more likely to pay.

You hang up because you heard the name of the company, not because your were asked to hold.

I wouldn't hold for a debt collector either, but I'm not pretending it's because of some erroneous reason like bad customer service. I ain't waiting on hold for a negative experience, that's all.

Spook...I'll ask you now, what is the best time to call you?. maybe you could wait a little during your "non peak" hours...

I want to second Spook is an idiot. If I am busy and get a call that is a computer that puts me on hold I will hang up. I'm not sticking around to talk to someone. CALL ME BACK WHEN YOU ARE READY! Allied Interstate wouldn't wait for me they need to get back to calling to get peoples money. They don't do that waiting on one person. The person they contact needs to also and can't do that receiving calls that ask them to wait.

If anyone with any sense receives a call and immediately tell you to hold. You will hang up. You called me if you aren't ready to talk to me then call when you are. I will wait, on hold, if I call them because I called them they may be busy. If I call someone I better be ready to talk so get a life spook no one who has a some semblance of a life won't wait on a phone for someone who calls them. Great Customer Service! You want to talk to me then I better not be talking to a recording when I say hello. Isn't going to happen.

if youre worried about your rates, better keep the patience coz late fees and finance charges don't look that good after a month.

I promise, if you get me on the phone, I'll explain a little more...but i don't think you will if you can't hold..

but anyone else would be able to explain, just work with them
