Allied Interstate review in Rochester, New York: To the loser Allied people writing on this sight
Please remember that the job you are doing can be done by a monkey. Someone tells you to call someone else and accuse them of something. You do it. No brain required. No thinking involved. You beleive everything you are told. All consumers are deadbeats, all of Allied's cstomers are truthful, God fearing and have 100% integrity. You and they are judge and jury. You can and will be replaced by machines soon. Then Allied can save the minimum wage they pay you. When debts are being dispute, it doesn't mean someone is a deadbeat. I will never pay for something I don't feel I owe and especialy to such a weak person who hides behind the phone.
Allied Interstate review in Reston, Virginia: Harrased me for being disabled
After being asked why I was home at 11:15am, I explained how I am disabled and very sick. "Steve" laughed and called me a pathetic piece of (*(&. That was back in October. Now they are using new tactis knowin I'm disabled. The are trying to find out exactly what my disability is. Like throwing questions and comments about back surgeries. Talking about mostly being home everyday. Trying to get my age. As far as my father, they told me he is a player, wanderer, deadbeat, loser. This debt is not even legitimate they claim they are calling about. It is pretty unbelievable
Allied Interstate review in Seattle, Washington: Allied Calls Zillions Of Times A Day
Allied reps sure are persistent cusses. I refuse to answer calls from 800, 866, 877, etc. numbers. Therefore, they are wasting their time to continually call five, six, seven, eight times a day. Leave a detailed message and I might - read I MIGHT - call back if you want to be paid for whatever you think we owe you. Otherwise, pi$$ off Allied. I also do not answer calls where I do not know who they are - thank goodness for today's modern conveniences like Caller ID. Next time they call, they may very well be in for a very rude awakening as to what my comments will be to their representative. They might want to put a censor filter on their phones and ears. I will not be kind to them - any company who calls numerous times a day and leave no message - well all I can say they deserve what verbal assault I give them.
Allied Interstate- phone harrasment/lied
I am shocked at how this co. blatantly breaks the law and then laughs at you about it. Even telling you how they get around laws. Mark, "supervisor" just told me the Fair Debt Collection Act does not apply to the household, only the person they are trying to reach. He then lied, telling me they spoke with ME last month & since I didn't give the message we will now have to put up with these kinds of phone calls. I was in the hospital for 2 months, not home at all. Then said I must be home most of the day if I am diabled- "What about when I go to therapy and appointment?" I asked. That must have really got him b/c he cut me off and hung up. WHAT CAN BE DONE? The debt is not even legitimate!!
Allied Interstate Debt Collection
About 3 weeks ago we began to get several phone calls and messages a day from Allied Interstate with the message being it was regarding an unpaid debt. We do not have any unpaid debt and our credit is good so we took it to be someone selling something. We also have not recieved anything in the mail regarding any debts. The calls are annoying so my husband answered this morning but apparently it was a computer. I looked it up on here and see it is a legitimate company but fraudulent in many ways. Now I am concerned that they have posted something on our credit report. Why should I pay something I do not owe? Why should I pay an agency or law firm to get rid of these people? This is harrassment and I am totally pissed off. Everyone is trying to make a dime these days by cheating other people.
Allied Interstate Debt Collection
Allied Interstate review in Springfield, Illinois: They suck
i admit i did owe allied interstate 300 dollars they didnt have my information so they didnt have the oppertunity to harrass me with calls but i was now in the position to pay off my debt so i called and set up payments they were really nice then one payment went through fine i called back at the begining of the next month and asked if i could make my payments a little smaller but i could pay sooner because i forgot i had previous obligations set up and they transferred me to a *** hole who began to yell how i dont want to pay my bills and how im not a responsible person and how i had to pay the balance in full today. yeah ....they think its ok to talk to people like that they suck
Allied Interstate Debt Collection
Allied Interstate at it again
I guess I'm comforted to know I'm not alone in my dealings with Allied Interstate. There's a young deadbeat (maybe he's just slow) with the same last name as mine living on the same floor of my highrise building in Chicago. Every time I ever bother to talk to them I explain I am not Adam, honestly don't even know Adam but know he exists (doorman says so!) and they promise to take me off their calling list. So tonight, they're back. Heavy sigh. I guess it's the burden of having a common last name, but *dag* this is getting old!
Another case of ALLIED INTERSTATE mistaken identity.
Last summer Allied Interstate began calling my phone number, listed under J. D. Smith, leaving messages for John L. Smith. The calls became more persistant, The messages nastier. Until finally I called the number and explained they were calling Jane D. Smith, not John L. Smith, although a John Doe did used to live in my neighborhood, but moved I know not where. The woman was very polite. Said thanks for calling. My number would be removed. Bye. A few weeks passed with no calls. Then they started again. Same woman calling. I spoke to her again. This is Jane D. Smith. Not related to John L. Smith. She insisted I must be. Off and on this has been happening. This week the calls have started again. My elderly father answered the phone and I hear him saying, this is John Smith. No, I'm not on Fifth Streeth! This isn't even Georgia! You apologize to me! And then he hung up. I looked at the number. It was Allied Interstate. I called them and said, you've got the wrong number. They said, sorry, you'll be removed and hung up. I called back and said, no look, you always say that but you keep calling. And she said, it takes 24 hours, and hung up. I called back, and she got very very nasty and said, would you quit calling me. Stop calling this number. I said, all I want is some kind of assurance that a week from now or two months from now they wouldn't start calling my number again. She told me to stop calling this number and hung up on me. Somehow I feel I've accomplished something having a bill collector yelling at me to stop calling their number. To sum it up: Allied Interstate has been harrassing me off and on for a year for a debt that is not mine, nor is it a member of my family. I unfortunately have the same first initial and last name of the person whose debt they are trying to collect. My father unfortunately has the same first name, but different middle initial, so I doubt they ever will really stop calling.
Allied Interstate review in Las Vegas, Nevada: Allied is rude and persistantly obnoxious.
This has got to be the rudest collection agency I have ever come across. They have done everything from calling over and over in a day, to saying harrassing things, to actually calling me before 8 AM and telling me I am wrong it is 8 AM. Duh, I think I know what time it is, and when every clock in my house, including the computer and the cable company say it's before 8 AM, I wonder who is right here. The rudest they have ever been to me was over a 24 dollar fee from a storage unit that I left a few days after the first, literally. Somehow, though maybe not logical, I didn't want to send 24 dollars to someone that was talking to me like I am the bowel movements of a dog laying on a sidewalk. Somehow it left a bad taste in my mouth. And that silly lying peice of comment that was left by a "supposed" employee was so fake and so moronic I can't even justify speaking more on it ! What kind of person takes a job that constitutes them being rude and uncaring and obnoxious every day. Geez.
Pissed Allied Interstate
I was one again that is ONE payment past due on my wifes capital one credit card, I get a letter from Allied Interstate demanding the full balance be paid in full asap.. This has got to be a joke.. People watch out for them and Capital One, cause it isn't going to be in my wallett.. I dont not think that it is far for one payment.. I can see if I was six months or so but one month, *** people do forget or have a bad monht. I do not think that this should be ok, I am going to contact the BBB and other agencies..
