Go to Annual Credit Report at https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp to view your credit report (one or all 3). Remember law ensures you are able to access these for free once a year.

Today after a shocking experience with the person answering my phone call and that person's supervisor Sudhir Anand I did just that. I have also traced the multiple companies that use AllliedInterstate (LVNL) or are associated with them (iQor) and the president of each of these will be receiving a copy of the same letter outlining what happened and my subsequent actions.
What can be found with a simple internet search will provide insight into their business practices:
FTC settlement in 2010, complaints galore, etc.
Do not feel victimized by this company or it's poorly behaved representatives. They must prove that any debt is truly owned by you. And do not disclose any portion of your Social Security number when asked.
